Would you like to make your own, all-natural toothpaste? Here are two simple recipes for you to try.
Toothpaste – Regular formula
- 6 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 6 tbsp baking soda
- 5 drops organic eucalyptus essential oil
- 5 drops organic tea tree essential oil
- 5 drops organic peppermint essential oil
- 5 drops organic spearmint essential oil
Toothpaste – Whitening formula
- 6 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 6 tbsp baking soda
- 5 drops organic eucalyptus essential oil
- 5 drops organic tea tree essential oil
- 5 drops organic peppermint essential oil
- 5 drops organic spearmint essential oil
- 10 drops organic lemon essential oil
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a jar of choice.
Please note that you may like to scent your toothpaste with different essential oils, or combinations of essential oils.
